Eligibility
- This “2020 Singapore KrisFlyer Esso Synergy Supreme+ Promotion” (“Promotion”) is open to Esso Smiles members who register for the “Smiles with more Miles” promotion during the Promotion Period.
Promotion Period
- This promotion shall commence from 16 December 2020 till further notice (“Promotion Period”).
Mechanics
- Esso Smiles members who register for the “Smiles with more Miles” promotion (“Eligible Smiles members”) during the Promotion Period will be eligible for this Promotion.
- Eligible Smiles members can earn 1 KrisFlyer mile (“Bonus KrisFlyer mile”) in addition to their Esso Smiles points for every 1 litre of Esso Synergy Supreme+ pumped during the Promotion Period.
- The bonus KrisFlyer miles will be credited 1 business day after each Esso Synergy Supreme+ transaction made.
- Only duly completed forms with a valid Esso Smiles account and KrisFlyer membership number received by Company during the Promotion Period will be processed and deemed eligible for this Promotion.
- This Promotion is valid only for the purchase of Esso Synergy Supreme+.
- For avoidance of doubt, this Promotion is not valid for Esso Synergy Extra, Esso Synergy Regular or Esso Synergy Diesel, and not for purchases of mart items and instant fuel redemptions.
Other Terms and Conditions
- All other Esso Smiles Driver Rewards™ Programme terms and conditions shall apply.
- The terms and conditions for this Promotion may be revised from time to time at Company’s sole discretion without prior notice.
- Company is not the supplier of KrisFlyer miles and expressly disclaims any liability arising out of or in connection with the KrisFlyer programme (including, but not limited to, the redemption and expiry of any KrisFlyer miles converted from Esso Smiles points or any bonus KrisFlyer miles awarded under this Promotion).
- Any enquiry regarding the KrisFlyer programme (including, but not limited to, the KrisFlyer miles converted from Esso Smiles points or the bonus KrisFlyer miles awarded under this Promotion) should be made to Singapore Airlines Limited directly.
- Company reserves the right to make the final decision on any dispute that may arise out of or in connection with this Promotion between the parties, and such decision shall be final and binding on the concerned member.
- For enquiries, please contact the Esso Smiles Driver Rewards Customer Service Centre at 1800-300-8888, Monday to Friday (except public holidays), from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- An upfront 12% Kris+ fuel discount will apply in place of all other existing card discounts at Esso Singapore Stations.
How do I enjoy this Promotion?
Esso Smiles members who register for the “Smiles with more Miles” promotion during the Promotion Period will be eligible for this Promotion.
Eligible Smiles members can earn 1 KrisFlyer mile for every 1 litre of Esso Synergy Supreme+ pumped during the Promotion Period. This will be on top of the Esso Smiles points that you earn.
When will the Promotion end?
We are delighted to serve you this special promotion at Esso. Should the promotion come to an end, we will inform you about it prior to the promotion end date.
Is the Promotion extended to other Synergy fuel grades?
This Promotion is only valid for Esso Synergy Supreme+ purchases made during the Promotion Period.
How much bonus KrisFlyer miles will I receive?
The bonus KrisFlyer mile is awarded on every litre of Esso Synergy Supreme+ purchased.
How and when will I get the bonus KrisFlyer miles?
The bonus KrisFlyer miles will be credited to your KrisFlyer account 1 business day after your Esso Synergy Supreme+ purchase.
Where can I register for the “Smiles with more Miles” promotion?
You will need to register for the “Smiles with more Miles” promotion via the top righthand corner of the “Rewards” page on the Esso App. If you have registered for the auto-conversion before December 2020, you would have been auto-enrolled in the “Smiles with more Miles” promotion.
Is there a minimum spend criteria?
There is no minimum spend as long as you purchase at least a litre of Synergy Supreme+ during the Promotion Period.
How can I check the balance of my Esso Smiles points and KrisFlyer miles?
To check your Esso Smiles points balance, go to the Esso app to view your points status or transaction history at any time.
To check your KrisFlyer miles balance, log on to www.singaporeair.com using your KrisFlyer membership number. Alternatively, you can call the KrisFlyer hotline at 6789 8188.
- Up to 12% upfront Kris+ fuel discount will apply in place of all other existing card discounts at Esso Singapore Stations.
- Any KrisPay Miles earned from using the Kris+ app for payment at Esso Singapore Stations shall be in addition to your bank card’s rewards (where applicable), subject to individual bank card’s terms and conditions and Esso’s Terms and Conditions.
- For the avoidance of doubt, Esso specific bank and card discounts, promotions, vouchers, cash rebates and other similar promotions are not eligible with and will not apply to payments made through the Kris+ app at Esso Singapore Stations.
- Any claims, issues or disputes relating to Kris+ payments at Esso Singapore Stations shall be referred directly to Company1 for decision, whose decision shall be final and binding on the user.
- Company1 reserves the right to terminate, suspend or vary any offers, terms, conditions, programmes (including this programme itself), promotions or discount(s) stipulated herein or otherwise without prior notification.
